Mayer Fabrics Program enables the customer to issue only one purchase order to August for any of our seating upholstered in the fabrics listed. For detailed information or fabric samples, please call Mayer Fabrics Customer Service: 800-428-4415 or visit their web site: All Mayer fabrics are subject to availability, and occasional stocking conditions may affect delivery. Mayer Fabrics reserves the right to discontinue patterns or colors. The selection of any Mayer Fabric on this list signifies only that the fabric has been accepted for use on August seating. |
This acceptance by August Inc. does not constitute any warranty, nor any responsibility on the part of August for the appearance, behavior, durability or upholstery characteristics of the fabric. The Customer shall look to Mayer Fabrics for all fabric warranties. Direction of fabrics: all fabrics will be applied at the factory's discretion, unless the Customer specifies otherwise. Fabrics are normally applied with the warp running vertically on the seating. For sofas and extended seating units with an extended expanse of fabric without seaming, fabrics will be applied "railroaded", with the warp running from left to right across the sofa (and other units on the order). Contact August Customer Service for assistance with specification of directional patterns. |
