to entertainment - Northside Branch is a destination

to please all ages from young children to seniors.

Teens have a special section too, their own room

featuring books relating to teenage interests,

computers, activity tables, and comfortable
Laurel Series seating. Everything says “Welcome”.

Bright colors and Laurel Series chair segments

that form fun spaces set a relaxed, cheerful mood.

It’s a happening place where teens and friends

can catch up on homework, collaborate on projects

and learn how to access resources on the internet.

Reflecting their exposure to more electronic media,

teens are more interactive, even reading differently.

Computer chairs are double width benches, so that

two people can work together on projects there.
