Laurel Series Sectional Seating
Founded in 1966, Middlesex County College offers a variety of degree programs and continuing education services to the community. Its 200 acre campus houses offices, classrooms, science and technology labs for faculty and commuting students in historic and contemporary buildings.

Laurel Series was chosen for new lounge area seating for its quality, design forms, durability and ability to meet California TB 133 flammability code.
CA 133 requires that an upholstered seating unit pass a full scale burn test. Over 50 full scale burn tests of August seating have been completed by U.S. Testing. All passed CA133 by a high margin of safety. The table at left from U.S. Testing shows the actual test results of the upholstered seating used by Middlesex College.
