Outside the Children's Programs room Laurel chairs and tables create a small lounge for reading and parents waiting for children participating in library activities. Curved seating segments provide colorful islands of seating close to the bookshelves. Comfortable for browsing, their soft lines and bright pattern complement the long rows of bookshelves. The Staff Lounge (not shown) has its own Laurel seating area where busy librarians can relax. |
